1. How long have you been in the janitorial business?
We have been providing quality janitorial services in the San Antonio area for almost 15 years now.
2. Will I be required to sign a contract?
Yes, we do provide a contract for our clients to sign. It outlines the terms of our agreement and provides you with a work schedule detailing what services will be provided for your facility on an daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis. All of our contracts are on a month-to-month basis with no long term commitment.
3. How will I be required to make payment should I choose to work with Alamo City Commercial Cleaning?
Our company always bills in arrears. We send out an invoice on the 1st of the month for the previous month. Our terms are Net 30, meaning your payment will be due within 30 days of the invoice date. Most of our clients choose to mail a company check for their janitorial services; however, credit cards can be accepted as well.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a written 30 day notice of cancellation. You may do this by mail or by email.
5. What holidays does your company observe and what if I need cleaning on such a holiday?
Alamo City Commercial Cleaning observes the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Easter
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
These holidays will be factored into your normal pricing proposal. Should you require service on one of these days, we will be glad to provide such service at an additional cost.
6. What if I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving?
Our clients' satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you notice that a certain service has not been performed to your satisfaction we will make sure to take care of it within 24 hours at absolutely no extra charge to you.
7. Does your company carry insurance?
Yes, Alamo City Commercial Cleaning carries top tier liability insurance, umbrella coverage, auto, and workers compensation policies. Certificates and endorsements can be provided.
8. When do you provide service?
Most of our service is provided after normal business hours. However, daytime service can be arranged as well.
9. Do you provide paper consumables, chemicals, products, and equipment?
Yes, our company provides top of the line cleaning equipment for your facility as well as quality commercial grade chemicals. These items are included in every proposal pricing. Should you need consumable such as toilet tissue, paper towels, trash can liners, hand soap, or air fresheners, we can include these products into your monthly pricing.
They can be delivered directly to your facility or we can fill in products as needed. Our company strives to provide green cleaning products and consumables to our clients.
